Awoke at 5:45 again to drive to Palisades Park for a 6:15 team practice. 12 students plus Abby Murphy attending. Led everyone northwest to access the Crescent at Arizona Ave. split group and took two batches up Reservoir Rd wand along trolley trail past BK valley to the park. I think it will be good for me to have this easy day.
