Comments:
Strength work and hurles were completed today.
Me and Connor enjoyed this run, keeping a very even distance behind the pack so as to discuss matters of utmost importance. It was upsetting though, because Farmer was here today, and he was the one with all the upset- I was just upsetting.
Anyway, chugged along, it was much, much harder to run so far behind the pack, and work nearly independantly, but I finished and added 6x100 meter strides.
Hate to be so bland, but what else can be said of 6 miles. Ick-kapilee!
