Anna's workout

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Start of a warm day, but not bad yet.

Comments:
Jogged to far side of Petaluma HS track. Ran 8 laps with Anna. On each lap we started slow and then for the middle 6 we picked up some distance to reach the start/finish line. Pick ups were, in this order, 200, 150, 100, 300, 50, 200. Felt like a good, first fartlek workout and AB did great. With the jog home, we reached 2.5 miles.
