Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Lovely Petaluma weather. Still a bit warm in the sun, but turning to evening

Comments:
Leah decided to nap so Anna and I headed out around 5 something after a day trip to Bodega with Si. I proposed driving someplace special, but couldn't find a good stretch of road to the West of Petaluma which would be flat, wide enough to run on, and shady. In the end, we parked in town and ran out Lakeville and onto the Lynch Creek Trail almost to the freeway and back. Two miles. Drove home and heard that Leah was out running. I decided to head out to find her over near McNear Park. Lots of looping and searching but never found her until she and I were both 20 meters from Carol's. Messed up watch for both these runs, but I think they were about 22min and 20min for 2 miles and 2.5 respectively. Felt pretty awful on the solo run.
