Weather: Cool start but was getting warmer towards the end
Comments:
End of the first week of Tough One training. Distance goal achieved and time is slow, but probably a little better than I expected. 10km today done slowly, but negative splits by about 2 minutes and very comfortable. Question is - could I continue for another 22km??
