Comments:
After missing out on yesterday's run, I had to inrease today's distance slightly but still fell 5km short of my planned training mileage this week. However, I had a nice comfortable run and felt pretty good. Time was a little better than I expeceted but not as good as I should be doing. Lost a couple of minutes taking to Mark, who was doing a ride.
