Rushed out to the group run after work, Unknown first mile time (watch issues) probably around 730 then 2x712, 710, 714, 754, 840, once I realized I was hurting I shut it down and started the cooldown, legs pretty tight from the big jump in miles. Hoping to loosen up for the weekend runs.
