Comments:
Looking for 7 miless but definitely want aNd need some hill work in this one...
If you can find a slight hill in the middle of the run that goes up about a quarter mile, I’d like you to go up pretty hard for .25 miles, jog back down easy and do that 4 times.
The hill does not have to be huge and the pace does not have to be killer.
This is not like doing 400’s at the track!
But am looking for a good effort...
So I would run a mile or 2 easy before you get to the hill part. And then just count the hills as part of 7 miler.
Finish the rest of the run easy!
