Comments:
Ran with a broad range of runners including my two children, Lauren S, Myles S, Ben Meyer, Atticus Coyne, Abel, Ava Hall, and a dozen others. Did 6 pick-ups, mostly of the shorter variety, but maxed out at 90 seconds. Finished with a hill up to 42nd, beside the retirement community. Didn't run any of them all out, and my left knee was bothering me some, but I still worked enough to feel like a fartlek.
