Exercise Type: Run

Will be good to be extra rested for his one, so let’s do it on a day that suits best…
If tommorow or Thursday is better, you can always do it then.
Warm up .5 miles easy
Run 1 mile fast shooting for sub 6:30
So Not all out. But definitely want some junk in your legsz
Rest 3 min
Then: Run 4x 1200m (.75 miles shooting for all low 6’s depending on conditions
Take a very easy .25 mile jog for recovery in between each but try not to walk.
This is tough and speedy, but I’m not asking for anything to be super all out bc it’s a long workout!
The 1 mile at the beginning is just to get some junk in your legs;)
