Weather: inside, but colder than usual in the fieldhouse

Nice race, about 90-95% effort. Out reaaaallly relaxed the first mile, (2:31, 5:02), but it was pretty annoying with some clarksburg kid cutting in front of me every 100 meters. Egged reams on at the mile and we started to pick it up a pretty good amount, made a move at 2600 and held it, got too relaxed in the last 100 and reams got even with me though. Last mile 4:47, didn't feel anywhere near as dead with 400 to like on saturday, but legs felt kinda tired.

Got spiked ( :'( 2nd pair of milers ripped) and really didn't feel that into it, legs hurt throughout, just getting in the work
