Exercise Type: Run

Weather: almost 50 and damp, but not currently raining

Comments:
A very pleasant run down B St, across the river and around the Golden Eagle shopping Center before returning up Bassett and through the high school. Thought I'd be adding on a little, but was needed to follow through with my pledge to cook dinner. Pace felt good and I think my left knee hasn't bothered me much these past few days. I guess my taking lots of days off and running short and slow has helped the tendinitis.
