Comments:
Warm up 5 min easy
Run 2 min moderately hard
Jog easy 1 min
2 MIN run at 10.5 MPH
jog 6.5MPH 1 min
1 min 11MPH
2 min 6.5MPH
Warm up 1 mile cool down 1 mile
Do that 4 times for a total of 12 min.
Take a 2 min complete rest
Then
Run 1 min moderately hard
Jog easy 2 min.
Let’s do that for 4 sets which equals 12 min. As well.
Cooldown Easy as much as you can!
If you can let me know the splits by a garmin screenshots that would be great, otherwise could do for each 12 min set that woukd be great!!
