Definetly not as bad as last Sunday, and in a lot of ways its too bad. When you don't have anything wrong there is really nothing to say. But the legs indeed would have been ready to go today, and felt a little anxious all day.
Unfortunatly I didn't even treat them to a bike ride as Farmer suggested. Which speaking of which brings me to the main note of today:
Farmer's Calendar most be a minimum, not a recommendation. What I mean is everything on the calendar MUST be done- adding on (as always) is optional. Why would I note that when my weekly mileage exceeded his recommendation? Well what am I doing besides lots of (fast) miles? Not much. And that is why I note it- I MUST do more: lift, swim, or bike.
Anyway with that as my goal moving forward in to the next week, I carry on!
