Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ok today is an interval workout. You can do it anywhere as long as you know that 600m equals .37 miles on a gps watch or 1 and half laps if you were on a track.
First warm up 1 mile very easy
Stop watch. Stretch etc.
Then run 600m (.37 miles ) fast!! It’s less then a half mile but please pace well because .37 miles is still long. Let’s try to shoot for under 6 min pace depending on conditions.
Take a 90 sec. rest
Let’s do 8 of these!!!
So you must rest in between in order to run fast.
Lmk if you have any questions. If weather is horrific, how fast does treadmill go?
