Weather: Warm and windy

Comments:
Tough run, felt dehydrated, lacking motivation, devotion. At about 3 miles knees started to hurt, but might have been the uneven roads. Not a good route, but didn't take the time to find another one. Could have been worse. I even stopped a couple times during the run.

looking forward to my 15 miler this weekend.
