15 miles ….

Not asking for anything crazy, but if conditions allow, I’d like to start the first 5 miles very easy, the 2nd 5 miles a notch faster Abd the last 5 miles to that of moderate pace.


Paces will depend on weather, hills, terrain but efforts Shoukd change.

I think at least 2 gels will be needed for this one!

First 5 easy avg 8:30 pace
Second 5 increase moderately at 8:15 pace
Third 5 picked up to a 7:30 pace

Felt fine, no issues, felt easy the whole time, used 2 Maurten Gels
