Brummeria Route - Opposite Direction

Started out in cooler weather but felt warm towards the end. Had a nice run - much better than Wednesday but still feel that the longer distances will be a struggle. On a comfortbale sub-3 21km pace, but could I keep it up for another 13km? Not at the moment, I think!
