Comments:
Ran Stadium loops after school. Victor wasnt there so i ran by myself but was able to keep a rlly good pace and push myself. Workout was to do 6-8 and i ended up doing 8; i was feeling really good. This was probably one of teh best track workouts i have done and it felt really good to finish and JOG a cooldown lap. Calves burnt pretty bad and minor shin splint pain as i started the workout. Also VERY impressed with Kevin Hung and some other sophomores who kept up pretty well for the 6 loops.
