Since next weekend will be 13 hard (that will serve as your down week)
This weekend still needs to be long but easy.
Looking for 20 miles.
If you got some marathon pace miles in on the 18 last weekend, then let’s keep this easy and aerobic.
I want to see how a gel at 5, 10 and about 15 works.
But save the speedy miles for next week!!
I had to do this 20 miler on a my treadmill because of the storm. It wasn't too bad, zoned out.
Finished the last 2 miles at a 6:30 pace.
