10 minutes to AU. Stood and coached workout. Jumped in on the spur of the moment to run 6 consecutive laps with the top group of Applesauces, shaving roughly 4 seconds off per lap. (9:50 for 1.5 miles 6:57 for the first 1600 and 2:53 for the final 800m) and then 11 minutes jog back to school with them.
