Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Either today or tomorrow Last big long run!!!
Shooting for 22 miles over some hills if possible.
This is mostly a “run as you feel” effort except for a few longer surges.
Within the run, let’s shoot for 3x 3 min fast surges with some type of hills involved.
2x 2 min fast surges
and 2x 1 min…
You may still be sore from NYC so the main goal is to finish. But the idea of the surges is to be getting some leg turnover in over hills whether is uphill or downhill. Let’s shoot for them all to be faster then marathon pace.
Recover at least a couple min in between each.
For this run, I would take at least 300 calories spread throughout..
This is the last big experiment!!
