Comments:
Was planning on running an all out 5k but wasn't feeling up to it. Ran every other lap with Kevin, Greg, and Aaron. Average lap was about 1:20 and break was about 1:25 (Workout was over in 17:45). Total of 6, felt easy, which is good for me. Planning on doing that 5k sometime soon.
