2 weeks out, I think 14 to 15 miles easy will be more then enough!!!
If you feel good after a few, feel free to push pace.
Picked up pace a bit the last 6 miles - went from around 8min per mile to 720 to 640, ran on 0 calorie in-take / water, no issues. Legs are tired but good.
No more then 100 calories for this one.
