Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Getting to the point where I do pushups in sets of 50- at least I did today.
I am getting stronger for sure
And definetly also gaining muscle mass.
Proof?
I am 146 today, a solid 6 pounds greater than the end of cross country, despite the huge increase in mileage and pace quality.
Further work in this direction that in all honesty isn't worth its own note:
I did some solid curls and stuff, and will find them much more accessible after discovering a solid wet of free weights in the garage.
