ran well very hot planned on doing 40 minutes at 6 20 pace but started too fast so decided to do a 20 minute tempo run instead. if i had rested better and ran 1 hour earlier and hydrated better i would have ran another 10 minutes. i was tired but it wasn't that hard. 1st mile in 5:49
