Testing the waters with Anna

Weather: beautiful, 70s

Comments:
Anna and I looped Hulbert and Willard with an alternation of 3 minutes walking, 2 minutes brisk walking, and 1 minute jogging. just under 19 minutes total. We repeated three times and my final run lasted a full 2 minutes. Ankle was stiff. I wore the brace. I don't think the run caused any setback. If I remember correctly I added on a brisk bike ride afterwards.
