Comments:
Left the house at 7:30 and intercepted Noah at Fessenden. Took Reno to Observatory to Calvert to Wisc and home. Mice to catch up with Kale Boy and to get in an uninterrupted, solid run before the heat and humidity got too bad. Still, quite drenched in sweat and worn out by the final miles. Despite not having time to run on Saturday, I'm pleased with the week. Today's run was probably a bit short of 7, but rounded, as usual.
