Comments:
Ran with coaches down River to Willard Park. Jogged up to CCT. Ran an 800 with one group and then bounced around with several other groups for a bit before running back with coaches. Right ankle isn't good. Time and distance are estimates. Not a very taxing day, but some harder stuff mixed in here and there.
