Weather: mid 50s and refreshingly cool and breezy
Comments:
Ran solo up to Tenley Library and met Alex. Led him down Foxhall and Dexter before returning up Garfield and back along Nebraska. Spotted a speedy bear clad in an uncharacteristic garment. Alex threw in a surge so we could pass the Potomac dad from Garrison St. Finished up with an effortless 7:16 mile to home. Weather like this is glorious.
