Comments:
did a speed work out today. warmed up with a easy mile at 6.5 and then would run .5 miles and then walk for .25. was able to maintian 7.7 with solid effort. 7.5 needs to become a my new base line. felt great minus knocking the emergency stop button 3 times!!!!
