Comments:
Slipped out of history dept meeting a few minutes early to meet up with the team. Led all distance runners through AU Park alleys, up and over Ft. Bayard, and through the Friendship Heights Metro and my side yard before returning through Ft. Reno. Pace built a bit as folks turned for home.
