Comments:
Drove to Gaba's family home and ran out and back along the tow path. Chilly, but bright morning and good conversation with lots of discussion of GDS training plans. Pretty tight early on, but loosened up well and pace dipped below 7:30s for several miles. Last hills up to his house were tough.
