Comments:
Drove over to park by trail. Ran over to trail and it was too wet. So ran across the street to ball fields and through the golf course and back around to trail and truck. Felt ok. Hamstrings are just so tight but getting better.

To gym for stretch core and some weiights - upper and lower.
