Impromptu workout

Weather: high 60s and sunny

Comments:
Beautiful spring day with low humidity. Ran to AU briskly with a short stop to extract students stuck in the bushes. Timed an impressive workout until I realized I could jump into some intervals with the top girls group. Ran a "controlled" 400 around 80 or something like that. Then ran the next one (the group took 400 cooldowns) in about 74 working much harder. Proceeded to run 3 of their 4 200s in 41 and then 34 twice. Ran back at a solid clip after some more coaching and talking with William. Left lower back was tight during the intervals, but otherwise, I felt pretty quick and had fun.
