Shoulder and hamstring PT warmup. Incline bench, bench press, arnold press, skull crushers, barbell curls, lateral extensions, wrist extensions.
Core: Crunches on ball with 15lbs ball, twisting crunch on ball with 15lbs ball, hanging leg extensions, hanging leg twists, feet on ball crunch in, plank up downs, seated twists with 15lbs ball, leg raises and reverse crunch on bench.
