Comments:
Ran 3 miles out. The idea was to try to run a M pace (around 7:32) for 3 miles back home but I wasn't feeling good enough for that. Took a step back in training this past week but I have the 25k on Saturday. Can rest and reassess after that race. Need to start doing more faster runs. The base building is over.
