Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Have some lower back spasm pain, but went out rather tentatively, with the idea that I would cut it short if the pain was bad. In the end I managed the distance without too many problems, with 2 sub-8 minute splits. Slow one and the first time I've done my 6km route this year. Inspired to get out and do something after watching Comrades on Sunday!
