Weather: Nice, humid but cooler
Comments:
Rough week but working out the kinks. After a rest period for my back did the Island Loop. 6x715 with the hilly section at the start of the 5th mile. Splits: 719, 703, 706, 713, 727, 718. Goal is to stay fast in the hills. 1xcd 842, lots of pavement on this one probably found a mile of soft stuff.
