Comments:
After an exhausted Sunday, I got up and out the door just before dinner and ran the Belt Rd Loop clockwise. Very stiff legs early on (surely I was dehydrated both n Friday and Saturday), but I did loosen up considerably and was moving at low 7 min pace for the last mile.
