Weather: Horrible, windy and snowy

Comments:
Did the main 20-minute workout and got through about 3 minutes of the 10-minute arm-targeted workout. The main workout wasn't hard enough, but the arm workout was too hard; I struggled through some planks and push-ups and then decided I'd had enough. There was a good amount of cardio and the strength training was light to moderate.
