Comments:
felt like absolute crap during this run, but I still kept running. It was tough to stay motivated but I pushed myself, I risked it.
doing the same route for a while, tryin' to get better. at about the same pace as friday, but worked a lot harder to get that pace.
Stomach is feelin' funky.
