Comments:
Ran up Wisc to intercept Brian. Took him through Somerset and Westbrook neighborhoods over to Mass and the Little Falls trail which we took to the Crescent intercept and back to the pool before finishing through Norwood park and splitting up there. 7:45 pace uphill along the Crescent. Felt like a quality day and the soggy shoes and substantial rain were significant. Nice to run with my Captain and pleased with the quality day.
