Jen and Dan in Rock Creek

Weather: upper 70s, low humidity

Comments:
A very pleasant and dry morning... temps in the upper 70s with low humidity felt drastically better than most July mornings. Drove to meet Maranzano and Dan at Peirce Mill and convinced them to go up Ridge, along the Oregon Ave Bike path to Wise before returning on Beach. Jen has apparently hardly ever left Beach Drive. Pace started easy thankfully, but Jen just keeps building, and by the time we were on the rolling hills of the bike path, I was working. Once on Wise Rd, we were accelerating, and the last few miles on Beach were quite literally a tempo pace for me. Glad for the quality run and for the quality company. Nice to introduce a passing Stats to Jen and Dan as we chatted at Peirce Mill after the run.
