Comments:
we went for a short warmup, stretched well, then we had to go a little past the tunnel at the end of the bike path and back. we started at a warmup pace, then at the first conrete, we did threshold. it felt really good, except my knee hurt a little during the run and my left hip hurt after. we did abs after.
