Comments:
On Tuesday and Wednesday I did 20+ minutes of aqua jogging in the afternoon in addition to my runs. Mornign was my first real field workout in memory. Ran with top girls and we did 4 repeat 1320s around the perimeter of the fields. I ran mostly controlled and held back with Nura on the last three. Recoveries were about half the loop. In the afternoon we went down to the boat landing and I ran mostly with Jen and Julia, if I remember correctly. (34 min in afternoon and about 57 min in the morning)
