Comments:
Anna arrived at midnight into BWI and Leah mid afternoon into National. In between I led the top boys down Soapstone, up Horse Trails and Western Ridge and back to GDS via Ft. Derussey and Northampton. A nice, quality run, despite trials making the pace slower. Distance might have been creeping down towards 6.5.
