Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Took it easy on Tuesday as it was the 11th or 12th straight day of working out (biked for 35 minutes). Took yesterday off and went for the long run today. Upped the time a bit and felt pretty good. Only downside is that running on the treadmill puts a lot more sweat in my eyes, and an extended period of running only compounds this problem.
Also, I don't have enough Van Halen songs on the iPod to last for 50 minutes.
