Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50s, 60s, partly sunny

Comments:
Didn't try to make it to the back field and usually just walked from the start line to the 1.5 mile mark and then jogged to the finish line, but also did a few other random jogs. Probably a dozen runs of 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Knee was a bit sore and tender for the rest of the weekend. (Also did a 2.5 hour walking tour of Columbia Heights in the afternoon with Lew.)
