Adele Loop!

Comments:
Ran with the girls team for the first time all season (as opposed to being on my bike). Caught leaf #2 on the season! PT had cleared me to try 3 minute jogs with walking breaks, but I mostly just ran, other than a couple of streetlight breaks, some talking breaks, and one walking break with the team. Knee felt fine, and the swelling afterwards was consistent with the mild swelling I've been getting all fall. At this point I think it's ignorable. Definitely out of shape, though. I've been continuing with PT once a week and that will pick up to twice a week this week and next.
